It is not magic. It is a biological state that you can trigger with the right environment.

3 Steps to Trigger Flow

  1. Eliminate Distractions: Phone in another room. Notifications off.
  2. Clear Goals: Know exactly what “done” looks like before you start.
  3. Just Enough Challenge: The task should be hard enough to engage you, but not so hard you get frustrated.
